As Amobee’s Chief People Officer, Erica leads all people and HR functions across Amobee’s global organization, including talent development and analytics, recruiting, benefits, compensation and business support. Erica is responsible for all people aspects of Amobee’s award-winning workplace culture—focusing on growth, engagement, retainment, development, and enabling employees to reach personal and professional goals, while ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. Erica previously was leading Global Talent Development work at Apple, where she was employed for over 13 years. As technology advances, Erica has focused on leadership and talent development and what it means to lead in the social age and how to support the increased use of technology and expanded access to information across organizations. Erica holds numerous certifications and her specialties include Co-Active Coaching, Voices 360 Coaching, Lominger Competency Suite, Learning Agility Essentials (viaEdge), The Oz Principle, Situational Leadership II, MBTI, Flawless Consulting, StrengthsFinder, Choices, FIRO Element-B, The Energy Project, and EQ-i (Emotional Intelligence). Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Elmhurst College, an additional bachelor’s from Penn State University in Organizational Leadership, and has an MBA with a Human Resources Concentration from Northwestern.
